Return policy

Before the goods are opened, please check that the style, color, degree and quantity of the goods are correct.
If the above information does not match the order record, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods to arrange a replacement. Overdue is not valid.

Products that accept returns and exchanges:
-The product must meet the conditions for resale, including the product packaging box is intact and not damaged or stained.
-The product has been confirmed to have quality problems.

We cannot assist with returns and exchanges if the following situations occur:
- The product has been received for more than 7 days (subject to the logistics status information);
- Products that have been opened;
- Damage caused by improper use of the product, including but not limited to overheating, man-made damage, etc.;
- think that the specifications of the product are not suitable, but the information listed on our webpage is correct;
-The product was shipped correctly according to the order, but the color or eye appeal of the product is not as you expected/wanted.
-Product not sold by OCEAN OPTICAL.

Return procedure:
1. Please take photos of the product in question first, if you suspect any quality problem, please keep the lens in question for inspection by the manufacturer.
2. Email the following information (name, order number, product name, contact number and relevant photos) to or WhatsApp to 95435355
3. The customer service officer will contact the customer to confirm the return and exchange matters

- Please use a reliable shipping method (such as registered mail or SF Express) for returning the product. USKO OPTICAL will not be responsible if the product is lost during the return or exchange.
- Unless the manufacturer has determined that it is a quality problem, the product that has been opened will not be replaced or refunded.
-If some items in the order are returned, the original price of each box will be calculated.
- Coupon discounts applied to the original order, as well as shipping and handling charges already charged, are non-refundable.
- All gifts are non-refundable or exchangeable.
-Only one return or exchange can be arranged per order.
- The buyer may be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
-Under normal circumstances, only products of the same style and strength are accepted for return and exchange.
- In case of any dispute, OCEAN OPTICAL reserves the right to make the final decision on return and replacement of the product.
